I purchased this item as junk because the GPU was reportedly malfunctioning.
When I started it with the minimum configuration, it booted up without any problems. However, after replacing the memory, the screen didn't display anything and the fan didn't spin when I turned it on.
According to the seller:
The system was configured with specifications close to the highest possible at the time. Regarding the GPU malfunction, they had researched online and disabled the GPU, then installed the OS and used it.
