Some of those fed wrapped 2 bills consisting of star notes some are just in sequence all 100 from Boston rare set non circulated have had them stored properly from 2017 and they still smell and look brand new never opened only reason I know some have star notes is from a quick look through not sure the star notes are also 00 serial number very rare I have 6 stacks each one containing 100 in sequence 2 bills I’m not sure about ones with star notes because I did not open or ever remove a bill but they are not the same some have close to 10 star notes some have none either way priced to sell this is for 1 stack I have 6 each containing 100 2 bills so 200 value ships from GA next day
