This handpainted blue and white porcelain teapot makes ceremony out of the simple act of brewing and serving tea. In China, hens signify fertility, abundance and domestic tranquility. Teapot features a wire handle wrapped in rattan to insulate against heat. Chicken teapot pours from its beak and has an 18 oz. capacity. Teapot measures 8 in length and 5-1/2 in height. Manufactured by Canton Express in 1986.
