Outer jacket has no writing, markings, cut outs seam splits or tears. General rub wear to front cover but everything intact. Spine intact. Included lyric sheet has folds/creases but no writing or tears. Record has been cleaned and appears VG+ with few superficial markings visible under direct light that do not seem to affect play. Record spot plays clean and clear
