A rare specimen of Spheroidal Green Jade in Matrix from the Gobi Desert of Inner Mongolia. Jade is not often found in this form. It is much more common to find Jade in the form of large boulders or broken chunks that are cut into slabs. This is a unique display specimen looking like nothing else in the mineral kingdom that I am aware of. These have been found both with multiple colors of Agate and Jade. Some specimens appear to have both.
