this unoque piece has minimal imperfections as spected from an antique piece like a blemish in nose minimal paint scratch on boots and tail od air craft. 1930s to WWI era. A sizeable antique aviator figure flying a monoplane that is supported by a frame with wheels and can hang nicely as a display from the attached stringing. The aviator is well-painted and modeled, presumably in paper mache. He looks up through his aviator glasses with ruddy cheeks and a huge smile, and his apparel is typical of the period - a brown 'leather' cap, a matching vest with a white collar, an army green suit underneath, a red scarf tucked beneath his collar, and black boots. His plane is comprised of painted metal, presenting red and white striped wings and a red tail. A fantastic piece for anyone interested in aviation history! Size: 29.75" L x 22.5" W x 16.75" H (75.6 cm x 57.2 cm x 42.5 cmThe details of this piece are very impressive. Please also notice the naturalistic pose of the aviator, the brown oval patches stitched over the elbows of his green sleeves, and the folds/creases of his uniform created as he bends his legs
