These are Vibram boots.
They are genuine military issue that are circulating, and have only been tried on. There are creases from trying them on, some sticker residue, and ink stains on the inside. The sticker residue seems like it could be removed cleanly, but I haven't attempted it as I'm afraid to touch it.
The size is American size 4, and while it is labeled as men's, I think it could fit women as well. Please check the size details for yourself. They fit me perfectly at my usual size of 24 cm.
According to my online research, the retail price is 231.99 (which is about 35,000 yen when calculated at 150 yen to the dollar).
