Disney History of Art - Little Mermaid (1989) Pin was released on June 29, 2002 at Mickey & Pals stores in Japan. It's a Limited Edition of 2400. This pin is part of the Disney's History of Art pins. The pin features King Triton hugging his daughter, Ariel, from Little Mermaid. The year 1989 is printed in a green bubble and 3 of the bubbles (1 red, 2 green) have a frosted stain-glass effect. The movie title, Disney's The Little Mermaid is written across the bottom portion of the pin. It is about 2 x 2.5 . It has a gold metal base with two pin posts. The last pic shows the stain-glass effect w/light source coming through. The back is shiny and smooth with June 2002, , “©DISNEY”, the Mickey & Pals symbol “MC and LIMITED EDITION of 2400 on. The pin does not come on the original backer card.
