This is a Pilot Metropolitan fountain pen with a 1mm stub nib in black.
In Japan, it is sold under the name Kokuun and is identical to this pen, but they do not sell stub nibs. Overseas, it is sold under the name Metropolitan and stub nibs are available.
The pen can write lines approximately 0.2-0.3mm wide horizontally and 0.6-1.0mm wide vertically. (See photo 6)
The ink flow is good, not too much or too little. It has been lightly cleaned.
As it is a used item, there are minor scratches if you look closely.
